Shipping & Returns

Product Availability:
All of our products are stocked at one of our U.S. based warehouses. On the rare occasion when insufficient stock is available, we may contact you via email or phone to inform you.

Order Processing:
We pride ourselves on efficiency. Orders are promptly processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days of placement.

Expedited Shipping:
For those who need their items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. Simply reach out to our customer service team to discuss and arrange expedited delivery.

Tracking Details:
We believe in transparency. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. This enables you to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real-time.

Truck Delivery:
Larger quantity orders including porcelain or glass tiles will be shipped via one of our preferred freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders only include curbside delivery unless you request a special service. We strongly recommend inspecting the delivery before you sign off with the courier.

Additional charges apply for shipping to AK, HI, PR and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please contact us to get a shipping quote if you are located outside of the United States.

Damages

In case something arrives broken, please:

  1. Note it with the delivery driver/person and if necessary, refuse it. 
  2. Take photos.
  3. Immediately contact us 

Returns Policy

Orders may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment date. 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items that shipped via a Free Shipping promotion will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless you are exchanging the product for equal or greater value.

If the return is made as a result of an error on our part, we'll waive all shipping fees and pay all return shipping costs. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt in the form of original payment.

All returns must be sent back to us in new, unused condition. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Please note: Samples and custom mosaics are not returnable, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
