Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Most orders are quickly processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Refer to the Shipping information on individual product pages for more details.
Expedited Shipping:
For those who need their items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. Simply reach out to our customer service team to discuss and arrange expedited delivery.
Tracking Details:
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. This enables you to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real-time.
Truck Delivery:
Orders shipping to a residential address via LTL freight require a delivery appointment and a person to be present at the time of delivery. These orders only include curbside delivery unless a special service was requested. We strongly recommend inspecting the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
Damages:
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. For orders delivered on a pallet and have visible damages please note it with the delivery person and if necessary, refuse it.
Product Availability:
All of our products are stocked at one of our U.S. based warehouses. On the rare occasion when insufficient stock is available, we may contact you via email or phone to inform you.
Additional charges apply for shipping to AK, HI, PR and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please contact us to get a shipping quote if you are located outside of the United States.
Return Policy
You may return any eligible new, unused item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Shipping & Fees:
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items that shipped via a Free Shipping promotion will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless you are exchanging the product for equal or greater value.
Shipment Errors:
If the return is made as a result of an error on our part, we'll waive all shipping fees and pay all return shipping costs. Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of receipt in the form of original payment.
Claims of Defective or Missing Items:
We advise checking your order upon arrival and letting us know of any issues right away. If there are missing items or defects, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the goods.
Samples:
All sample orders, including swatches are considered final sales and non-refundable.
