Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.
Please refer to the shipping information listed on individual product pages, as certain items are made to order and may require additional production time before shipping.
Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Orders shipping via LTL freight to residential addresses require a scheduled delivery appointment and someone must be present at the time of delivery.
Freight deliveries include curbside service only unless additional services were requested at the time of order.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
For palletized freight shipments with visible damage, you must note the damage with the delivery driver at the time of delivery and, if necessary, refuse the damaged shipment.
Failure to properly document freight damage may affect the ability to file a claim.
All products are stocked at one of our U.S. based warehouses.
In the rare event that inventory is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you.
Additional charges apply for shipping to AK, HI, PR and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Please contact us to get a shipping quote if you are located outside of the United States.
Charges may also apply to hard to reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via ferry. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted to provide payment for said charges. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

RMA instructions will be issued within 1 to 2 business days. Returns shipped without an approved RMA may be refused.
To ensure we can continue providing affordable shipping options for our customers, approved returns are subject to a 15% to 30% restocking fee, depending on the product type and manufacturer. Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements and may use the carrier of their choice.
- Returns must be shipped to the exact warehouse address provided in the RMA instructions.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- For orders shipped under a Flat Rate Shipping promotion, the original outbound freight cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving RMA instructions, or the RMA may be canceled.
- Products must be packaged securely.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days to the original form of payment. If returned materials do not meet the conditions outlined above, the return may be denied or subject to additional deductions.
All claims for concealed damage, product defects, or shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order.
