Return & Refund Policy
Orders may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment date. Custom or personalized mosaics are not returnable under any circumstance.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items that shipped via a Free Shipping promotion will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund. If the return is made as a result of an error on our part, we'll waive all shipping fees and pay all return shipping costs. Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of receipt in the form of original payment.
All returns must be sent back to us in new, unused condition. Any mosaic that has been removed from its cardboard backing or cut from its mesh will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
